Beware of Interest-Only Mortgages

Thanks to Ben over at the HousingBubble2 blog for the link to this article about interest-only mortgages on the Forbes website. This is a really scary point taken from the article:

There's an ever-growing danger lurking in the already-overheated real estate market: the interest-only mortgage. The problem is, even the banks don't know how dangerous their is.

Definitely something to think about.
